Most clients choose Project — discovery, design, build, and launch with a CMS. Sprint fits when you need something live in a week with a tight, predefined scope.
Yes. Many clients launch on Sprint and come back for a larger Project or Ecommerce build once the business grows.
Hourly covers scoped tasks — extra pages, small features, or maintenance. New product design, full redesigns, or net-new applications are better as a fixed Project or Web application engagement.
Fixed engagements are milestone-based: typically 40% to start, 40% at design approval, 20% at launch. Hourly work is invoiced monthly or at an agreed cap.
Yes. We work in English and Czech, bill in EUR or CZK, and collaborate async across time zones.
